Step 1: Access Your State Account & Verify Funds

Before scheduling your child’s first session, you will want to log into your state's designated educational portal to check your active funding balance.

  • If you are in IDAHO: * The Parental Choice Program: Visit myschoolchoice.idaho.gov and navigate to the Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) portal. (💡 Parent Tip: You will need a copy of your most recent Idaho Form 40 Tax Return to verify your identity if registering for the first time).

    • Empowering Parents Grant Holders: Head straight to app.classwallet.com to view your existing active grant balances.

  • If you are in TEXAS: Sign into your TEFA portal managed by the Texas Comptroller to verify your approved $10,500 student allowance balance.

  • If you are in ARIZONA: Log into your universal account at app.classwallet.com to check your quarterly Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) allocation details.

  • If you are in UTAH: Sign in to your state portal on the Odyssey Platform to review your current Utah Fits All Scholarship fund data.

  • If you are in FLORIDA: Access your student's active wallet balance via the Step Up For Students EMA Portal.

  • Other Active ESA States (AL, AR, IA, OK, TN, WV): Log into your designated state microgrant, ClassWallet, or tax portal to confirm your tutoring allocation.

Step 2: Request Your Tutoring Schedule

Step 3: Seamless, Audit-Safe Billing

To ensure your state funding reports are 100% compliant with your local state auditing guidelines, Just 4 You Tutoring routes all billing safely and securely through Square. This keeps the process fast, verified, and entirely paperless for you:

  • Direct Invoice Payments (Advance Funds/Tax Credits): If your state deposits your educational allowance directly into your bank account (like the Idaho Parental Choice Program), we will text or email your itemized invoice via Square. Simply pay securely online using your state-allotted funds. Square will instantly issue a detailed digital receipt showing the student's name and exact core-subject hours for your state tax records.

  • Portal Marketplace Uploads (ClassWallet, Odyssey, & EMA): If your state requires you to pay an external vendor directly through your account dashboard (like Arizona ESA, Utah Fits All, Texas TEFA, Florida PEP, or Idaho ClassWallet), we will email you a fully itemized PDF invoice for your tutoring package. Simply log into your account portal, click "Pay Vendor," and upload our PDF invoice. Your state program handles the payment transaction directly to us!
